The Jouan-Jouan [in Bactria] and
Huvishka imitations from North India and elsewhere

I'm pretty sure that most of the coins listed below are not issues of the Jouan-Jouan; i'll just lump all the Huvishka imitations here until i find someplace better to put 'em.

Note: Unusual rendition of Mao copied from a gold stater (Gobl Kushan #212) of which there is only one example in Gobl.
