Obverse: 3 head countermarks; 'y' shaped mark behind bust. Necklace ornament has 3 pellets. Crescent outside border at 9h contains star (Hormazd IV [t.p.q.=579 AD] or later).
Reverse: Kuznetsov KMC Countermark 3. Fire altar with two attendants; attendants' headdresses consist of 3 oblong pellets. Blundered Pahlavi word in left field resembles cross or swastika.

Reverse: No reverse countermark. Fire altar with two attendants; attendants' headdresses have 'U' shape. Blundered legends in right and left fields. Ribbon-like device to either side of altar at bottom.

Bactrian word 'CLOGO' (?) in 1st quadrant (position 8h) and 3rd quadrant (position 1h).
Reverse: Fire altar; two attendants holding swords, facing. Star to left, crescent to right. Four crescents containing stars outside triple border. Mint name to right (BYSh=Bishapur in Fars/Bishapur district); year 25 (blundered; 'Yazdgard Era') to left.
